Everything Old is New Again

To be honest, this is not my first website. I’ve been blogging for the last 20 years, on and off. Mostly off in the last 10 because between kids, work and life in general, who has the time? For me, the blogging was more or less an online diary and as the kids got older, I wasn’t sure that it was OK for me to continue sharing their lives without permission.

Ah, the wild days of the early internet. Where we posted whatever was on our mind and never considered clearly that the internet really is forever. Can you believe some of the Facebook memories from those early days? I swear, most of my memories from 2007 to 2012 suggested that I was stressed, tired or overwhelmed. I suppose that is better than along list of the chores I accomplished that day?

So now, I’m trying to learn e-commerce and I am at least 20 years behind. I used to be the IT support, now I am learning everything from You Tube and kids younger than mine. (Don’t get me started on the newest slang! My generation alpha buddy says I’ve still got rizz, I think that’s a compliment?)

So, Road 33 North is launching our first products – custom t-shirts with a focus on farm and country. I’ve also created a number of coloring books in partnership with Amazon. My goal is to make fun and engaging products that highlight agriculture and country living. I’m so proud to be a farm owner, farm wife and farm mom. It’s time to try something for myself that fits our life and brings me a new sense of purpose and hopefully find a little joy too!

Please check back regularly to see what I’ve come up with next and if you have any suggestions, I’m all ears!
